Earl Dr Earl Brown served 20 years in the U.S. Navy. He is an experienced Transformational Coach Trainer with Dr Joseph Umidi and LifeForming Leadership Coaching, an international coach training organization in more than twenty countries and the curriculum is in more than ten languages. He is much sought after since his highly successful coach training trip to South Africa in 2007, where he worked with key leaders in business, education, government and the church. He has conducted coach training in numerous other countries on five continents. He has been married to Linda for more than 38 years. Some of his numerous accomplishments include:

Linda

Linda K. Brown is passionate about healthy marriages and families, and people living their designed destiny and purpose. She is committed to educating, encouraging, equipping and empowering as many as she encounters to living their life “on purpose.” She is a Marriage Educator and her mission is to assist churches and organizations to prepare, repair and strengthen marriages and families through state-of-the art designed family ministries. Additionally, she helps churches to build music ministries from destiny/purpose-driven people.

Linda has been in the ministry of music for over forty years as a psalmist, songwriter and plays piano, keyboard and organ. Also, she has worked in varied social service programs for children, adults and teens, throughout the US. She has held positions as Program Coordinator, Program Manager, Lead Coach, and Director. She is currently the Vice President of Giving People Hope International Ministries, Incorporated, a non-profit organization.

Linda is married to Dr R. Earl Brown and they reside in Lakeland, Florida. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren. Other accomplishments include:

Directed all phases of administrative operations for training program
Scheduled and maintained instruction in accordance with prescribed standards
Advised instructors regarding teaching methods and evaluated progress of students and staff, made adjustments as necessary to achieve desired objectives
As Command Legal Officer provided guidance and advice in the successful processing of 69 non-judicial punishment cases/administrative separation boards
Directed the development of and implemented a database system to track class standing and student placement to ensure balanced training at various naval sites
