Sustained energy and fuel for change require skills and strategies that can be learned. You develop a skill
through practice, rehearsal and drill. In the Formation Track you will have the opportunity to develop the skills
to coach personal change: Building growth-centered relationships, how to give and receive feedback, healthy
accountability, and learning from life.

Results You Will Receive:

  • Understand the difference between healthy accountability and toxic accountability and experience the value of healthy accountability in reaching your unrealized potential.

  • Learn how to create and experience authentic river of life – growth-centered relationships.

  • Learn practical strategies to find, approach, and develop a growth relationship with a coach, peer coach, peer mentor, or mentor.

  • Learn to listen at a purpose centered level.

  • Learn the art of asking powerful coaching questions.

  • Master the G.R.O.W. model as a tool to facilitate a coaching conversation.

  • Learn the value of statements such as “Failure is the Womb to Success”, “Failure is only Feedback – Fail Forward Faster,” and “Failure is the Back Door to Success.”

  • Understand the value of feedback and practice giving and receiving timely, specific feedback: The Breakfast of Champions.
